Company to begin building diverse housing types in Twin Falls, Cassia and Minidoka Counties
Twin Falls, Idaho, June 5, 2024 – Simplicity by Hayden Homes is excited to announce its expansion into Twin Falls County, Cassia County and Minidoka County.
This growth will provide new housing options in these regions, addressing Idaho’s housing shortage, offering housing solutions for working families, and providing a library of beautiful home plans for those ready to build on their own land.
Already serving 72 counties across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, Simplicity by Hayden Homes works with individual land owners, investors, governmental agencies, land trusts and other community partners to provide uniquely tailored housing solutions.
