Bend, Ore., April 1, 2025— Hayden Homes announced an exciting new addition to the company’s executive leadership team today in Keith Thomajan who will serve as Hayden Homes’ senior vice president and chief of staff. His new role begins today.
Thomajan brings extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, community impact and people development. He has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, most recently with Dutch Bros where he served as chief social impact officer and chief of staff.
During his tenure with Dutch Bros, Thomajan helped lead the beloved coffee purveyor’s growth from 7 to 15 states and from $300 million to $1 billion in revenue. While with the company, he developed and implemented a five-year strategic plan focused on operational efficiency, people systems, and disciplined brand strategy. In his social impact role, Thomajan built out Dutch Bros program teams in philanthropy, sustainability, DEI, and government and community affairs—positioning these efforts as central drivers of employee inspiration, IPO valuation, and public market accountability.
“We are excited to welcome a colleague of Keith’s exceptional caliber to our leadership team,” said President of Hayden Homes Steve Klingman. “His innovative vision and dynamic energy, particularly in his commitment to building a strong community while driving sustainable business growth, perfectly align with Hayden Homes. We are excited about the impact he will make as part of our team.”

In this new role, Thomajan will work closely with other members of Hayden Homes’ executive team to oversee key strategic initiatives. He will also optimize company operating rhythms and drive continuous improvement to support long-term growth and success. In his first few weeks, Thomajan will meet with team members across the company and spend time in each of Hayden Homes market regions, including Central Oregon, the I-5 Corridor, Southwestern Washington, Inland Washington, Southern Idaho, and Montana.
“I am truly honored and grateful to join the Hayden Homes family,” said Thomajan. “This opportunity allows me to combine my deep passion for community impact and strategic planning with the remarkable work that Hayden Homes is doing to provide hardworking families with homeownership opportunities.
