COPPER BASIN TO SELL 1,200 RESIDENTIAL HOMESITES TO HAYDEN HOMES, LLC

Acquisition Secures Hayden Homes as Largest Private Homebuilder in Pacific NW; Copper Basin continues to operate its land development and multi-family business
 
Redmond, OR & Hayden, ID— Copper Basin Construction and Hayden Homes LLC announced today that they have closed on a purchase agreement for Hayden Homes to acquire approximately 1,200 residential lots in the inland northwest including Spokane, North Idaho, and Pullman. Hayden Homes will acquire the lots in a phased approach over the next several years; Copper Basin will be phasing out of the residential home-building business as a result of this acquisition.
 
Copper Basin owners Greg Gervais and Steve White, along with their employees, will continue to operate the Copper Basin land development division and multi-family business out of their office in Hayden, Idaho.

Hayden Homes has built in the Spokane area since 1994, and will begin expanding this reach to customers throughout North Idaho in the Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Rathdrum communities immediately.
