In October 2014, one of the homes in Bridgewater Park was dedicated to a FIRST STORY FAMILY! First Story’s dedication in Kennewick was received by Kenneth & Jolene Smith and their two kiddos. They were referred to us by their Realtor, who recognized the family’s need for an affordable housing opportunity after they realized they were outgrowing their current rental home in Burbank, and weren’t sure Kenny’s income would afford them a new home.  The Smith’s home marked the 50th home built by First Story which was established by Hayden Homes in 1998.
