Hayden Homes will acquire the lots in a phased approach over the next several years; Copper Basin will be phasing out of the residential home-building business as a result of this acquisition.
Hayden Homes, a Redmond-based home builder, has announced three executive leadership changes in a strategic effort to prepare the company for unprecedented growth. Company namesake and former CEO Hayden Watson has been promoted to Chairman of the Board. “A University of the Pacific-Stockton and Harvard Business School President Management Program alumnus, Watson ascended to his position as CEO in 1999 when his father – and company founder – Robert Watson retired,” the news release states.
