I retired and came from Maryland, to be near them. Thinking I needed to be where my sister was, when she needs help. We wanted to find newer homes and wanted to get homes that were near each other… we didn’t know that we were going to end up with homes right next to each other!

Recently, on one rainy afternoon a truck made a delivery here at my home. The box, containing a gazebo kit which included fabric curtains, etc., weighed 276 lbs and was about 12' long. Without ringing the doorbell they placed it on my driveway in the pouring rain! Later when I saw it, I had no idea how I was going to move it into the garage, so I started calling my contractor/friend, the movers I had used, and looked up the street to see if any workers were still there. No luck, but my contractor said he'd drop by after work and we'd try to move it together out of the rain, since the fabric could go moldy if it wasn't sheltered and dry.
Then... a Hayden Miracle arrived on my doorstep. Paul rang my doorbell, intending to fix a problem I had with the irrigation control box, and he had another person with him. I was astonished to see them - two guys at that particular moment - and they moved it easily into my garage. I told them their timing was amazing, and it felt like angels had arrived just at the perfect moment!

I'm a 77 year old retired business executive and widowed. Last fall, I decided to re-locate to the Eugene area where I grew up. I chose the Hayden Homes development for the convenient location to good Medical facilities and shopping, plus the size and quality of homes in this development fit perfect for my needs.
From the time I was met by the friendly, knowledgeable, competent and professional Hayden Homes Sales Team, through the design selection process, signing a contract for the construction of the home, the construction phase and completion of the home, I never encountered one problem or issue of any concern.
The sales team provided me a weekly progress update and always accommodated my frequent visits during construction.
I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure doing business with Hayden Homes and I have been impressed with their after completion customer care and service.

The floor plan, the flow, the detail work, all of it was really great… We had decided on Redmond as the place where we wanted to live. Meet Denise Waltrip, her daughter Candice, and son-in-law Sean, a family that made a pact to stick together and that is just what they did! In 2020, family circumstance lead them to need to relocate from their home in California. After taking a road trip to visit Idaho, they fell in love with Caldwell and the Hayden Homes communities, and decided to make the move together. The family purchased three homes on the same block, one for Denise, one for the Stacy family (Sean, Candice and their children) and one for their grandmother, Gigi. We couldn’t be more happy to have shared in this journey with them and to have been able to support this important decision, and process, through the use of virtual appointments and tools available on our website!
